I am an avid meditator and aesthete. I love looking at things under different lights, curating, helping materialize visions, and continually evolving them.

Credentials, professional and lived experience
I received my trainings from the Strozzi Institute for Somatics, Co-Active Institute and The Coaches Journey of Intrinsic Health. All of which are accredited by the International Coaching Federation — the gold standard in coaching.
I am currently advancing my skills in the Internal Family System model in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. In addition, I’ve begun Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training under the guidance and mentoring of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
