Credentials, professional and lived experience
I received my trainings from the Strozzi Institute for Somatics, Co-Active Institute and The Coaches Journey of Intrinsic Health. All of which are accredited by the International Coaching Federation — the gold standard in coaching.
I am currently advancing my skills in the Internal Family System model in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
In addition, I’ve begun Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training under the guidance and mentoring of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
Prior to developing as an intrinsic health coach and Somatics practitioner, I have taken part in shaping evocative visuals as a photographer, director and creative producer – a contribution I still very much enjoy making selectively.
I am a life-long learner, avid meditator and aesthete.
