I’ve had many forms of traditional therapy over the years and was hesitant to consider coaching as an alternative. I assumed focusing on childhood was the most effective way to move forward but I’ve found coaching with Nastassia to be far more beneficial in my day to day life than these previous practices. She is so acutely aware of hearing my concerns, hopes, and fears, often more aware than I am. I find this delicate yet sharp attentiveness to be so healing. She asks fantastic questions, can lead the conversation out of my usual mental pits and dead ends to probing solutions I was never able to see, and she does it so gracefully I end up feeling safe to work through some of the most painful loops I cope with. I leave every session feeling hopeful, less anxious, and clear-minded. A true gift.

My time with Nastassia was a beautiful mind-body-heart healing experience. Nastassia embodies a high level of self-care and soulful living in her personal life.
